Here we offer a business unit (Teileigentum), which is currently divided into two holiday apartments. It might be a good idea to continue renting out the unit with such use. Bookings of the apartments are currently available until August 2020 and can of course be taken over. Should a use as a holiday accommodation not be desired, the commercial unit can also be converted and used as office or practice. For residential use, the declaration of division must be changed. It is quietly located with a view to the inner courtyard. The large rooms are equipped with a well-kept parquet or wooden floor. The commercial unit has got central heating. A cellar is not available.
