2 new buildings with a total of 50 condominiums in the Berlin district "Dahlem" will be built. Different types of apartments with 2 to 5 rooms and living areas between 80sqm and 240sqm will arise. A part of the apartments in the 1st and 2nd floor will be developed barrier-free. The ground floor apartments will get their own garden. All apartments will be equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating. The living areas will be designed with wood flooring; the walls will be smoothly plastered and will be painted white. The new procect is located near the town- and shopping center of "Zehlendorf" and the forest- and lake landscape. Public facilities such as day-care centers and schools are situated in the immediate vicinity. The metro station "Oskar-Helene-Heim" (U3) is reachable in about 5 minutes walking distance. Just around the corner there is also a bus stop. By car you can reach the city motorway "A115" in a few minutes as well.
